Mohawk Nation: There has been a change in the start time for the Lady Mohawk Benefit games between Holcomb and Corning for Friday, August 21st. The new start time is 5:30pm. Admission for all adults and students is $5. Arkansas Activity Association cards will be accepted. Go Mohawks!

📣 PHS Junior Parents - There will be an After Prom Parent Meeting on Thursday, August 20th at 6:00 p.m. in the Piggott High School Cafeteria. We hope to see you there!

There will be a color war at the Football Benefit game tonight. Wear your class color to help your grade compete for school bragging rights.

7th - Yellow
8th - Orange
9th - Green
10th - White
11th - Red
12th - Black
Alumni - Grey

Winning class will be announced between games and receive the Football Spirit Stick!

This will be determined by the highest attendance from your grade and the most students dressed in your assigned color.

Mohawk Nation: With this being the 100th year of the Piggott School District, we would like to recognize our alumni at certain home athletic events. We ask that you take the time to open the following link and fill out the form and be in attendance at the specified games to be recognized. Our first events will be as follows:
Football recognition--Friday, August 28, 2026. Alumni will be recognized prior to kick off at 6:30pm. Please be at the North endzone by 6:25.
Volleyball recognition--Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Alumni will be recognized prior to the senior high match. Please meet in the gym lobby prior to the senior high match.

Get your first look at the Football and Volleyball Mohawks in action next week as we host the following AAA benefit games.
Junior and Senior Football will be in action against Westside on Monday, August 17, 2026 starting at 6pm. The 7th, Junior and Senior Volleyball teams will be in action v. Corning and Holcomb on Friday, August 21, 2026 starting at 4:30pm. Admission for these events are $5 for all attendees. Senior Adult and Season passes cannot be accepted. This is a AAA Benefit game event and part of the proceeds go to the AAA Catastrophic Insurance fund. Come out and Support our Mohawks!

Mohawk Nation: It's been a great start to the 2026-2027 school year. The Piggott School Board approved the Season Pass for all sports(football, volleyball, basketball, baseball, softball) for the 2026-2027 school year for regular home games. Passes for individuals and couples can be purchased at the District Office, Monday through Friday from 7:30am-3:30pm. Passes are $100 for individual or $175 for couples. Senior adults 65 and older and students receive free admission to all home ballgames. The season passes CANNOT be used for any district, regional, state, or benefit games.

Piggott School staff: Reminder: The back to school staff meeting is tomorrow at 8:00am in the HS cafeteria. Breakfast will be served.

Mohawk Nation: Just a reminder about the Community Wide Pep Rally tonight at 6:30pm in the New Gym. Come out and support members of the football, volleyball, golf, tennis, cheer, and band! Let's make this the year of the Mohawk! Go Mohawks!

Mohawk Nation: Everyone is invited for the annual Community Wide Pep Rally to be held Friday, August 7th at 6:30pm in the New Gym. Meet the members of the football, volleyball, tennis, golf, cheer and band! We would love to see the gym packed out. There will be another surprise for alumni! Come out and support our Mohawks!!!

Mohawk Nation: Any student grades 9-12 interested in being on the Tennis team there will be player meeting on Tuesday, August 4th at 12:45pm in the middle gym.

Reminder: The mandatory heat illness meeting is tonight(7/30/26) at 6:30pm in the HS Cafeteria. All football, golf, tennis, and band parents are encouraged to attend.

Mohawk Nation: The Piggott School District will host its annual Heat Illness Training on Thursday, July 30th at 6:30pm in the High School Cafeteria. This training is for all parents and students who participate in football, golf, tennis, and band. We encourage all parents and students to attend.

Piggott School District is starting their Summer Feeding Program. You can pick up your meals at the elementary school in the car rider line. This is for every student ages 1-18 years old. Here are the days and times of picking up their meals. June 1 - July 31 Breakfast 8:00-9:00 Lunch 11:30-12:30 M-T-W-Th

Reminder: There will be a parent meeting on Thursday, May 28th at 6pm in the Old Gymnasium located behind First National Bank. Parents will be able to meet new head Football Coach Trey Gossett as he rolls out the plan for Mohawk Football with Summer practice and preparation for the Fall Campaign. All parents of players that will be entering the 7th-12th grades need to attend. Let's Go Mohawks!!
