Those interested in ordering a homecoming t-shirt may pick-up an order form from an English Teacher or Mrs. Little. There will also be forms in the office. Deadline Mon. Sept. 26
Congratulations to all art class winners at the Clay County Fair. Advanced Art classes had 79 blue, 19 red, 1 white, and 1 best of show. Art I classes won 44 blues and 12 red. 7th and 8th grade classes won 71 blue and 57 red, with a grand total of 194 Blue, 88 Red, 1 White, and 1 Best of Show to Jadah Smith. Mrs. Tate is very proud of all her students. Their art is displayed in the hallways.
The following FCCLA members will be attending a leadership training in Jonesboro all day Tues. Sept. 27:
Chloe Sexton, Haley Hanners, Maddy Wintizer, Dixie Book, Ashlyn Bearden, Emily Conley, Kaydience Wires, Rachael Deggans, Olivia Sexton, Jeanel Vaughn, Taylor Blackwell and Ty Smith
There will be a pep rally on Friday, September 23 during 4th period. Students should be dismissed by the band at approximately 10:20.
Our theme for the day will be NEON.
Please excuse all 8th grade band students from 3rd period on Friday for the pep rally
It is time for chess club sign-ups. This is for all students 7th-12th grade. Please see Mrs. Cassie Knight or sign your name on the sheets located next to room 242 across from the cafeteria or the sheet next to the library.
You must be signed up by September 23rd.
It is time to sign up for the Spanish Club. You can sign up with Mrs. White in room 232 between classes and right after school. Do not disturb class. Sign ups will last through Oct 7th. Dues are $20 and that includes your club t-shirt.

Students may start joining FCCLA. Dues are $15.00 and this includes a chapter t-shirt. Students in 9-12th grades that have had or are taking a FCS class can be members. See Mrs. Little.
Senior High FBLA dues must be paid by September 27 for those wanting to go to fall conference In Jonesboro! See Mrs. Peters for more information.
It's time to sign up for Middle Level FBLA! 7th and 8th graders should turn forms in to Ms. Sadie if they would like to join. September 23 is the last day to turn in forms.
