This is FBLA Week!
There will NO School on Monday, February 21, in observance of President's Day.
There will be an Educator Rising meeting today at 11:15am in the District Board Room. Please allow students to be dismissed to lunch at 11am to get a tray to bring to the meeting.

The Lady Mohawk Softball team is selling t-shirts and sweatshirts. If you would like to buy one, you can get with one of the softball girls or let Coach Carr-Haley know what you would like to order.
- T-Shirts are $15 (add $2 for sizes 2XL and up)
- Sizes include: Youth XS-XL and Adult S-5XL
- Sweatshirts are $20 (add $2 for sizes 2XL and up)

Congrats to the Jr. high Girls' basketball team for being District Runner-up. This hasn't been done since 2004.
These FBLA Members will compete this Friday, 2/18 in Pocahontas. Please excuse all day.

Don't forget to block your teachers' doors with diaper and wipe donations! You have until next Wednesday, February 23 to donate unopened packages of diapers or wipes to a PHS teacher of your choice! ALL teachers' doors that are blocked from the floor past the door handle, full width of the door frame, will take roll in one of the gyms next Friday, February 25.
This Friday, February 18 is the last day to order a yearbook and guarantee that you get one. Very few extra yearbooks will be ordered. Yearbooks are $50. Orders can be turned in to Mrs. Natalie or online at Jostensyearbooks.com.
Jostens will be here on Tuesday, March 1, for senior delivery. Balances can be paid that day or they can pay before that date. Balances were emailed to them or students can check with Mrs. Natalie.
**Seniors- Senior cap and gown composite pictures will be taken Monday, March 14. starting at 8 a.m. There will NOT be a make up day. There will be a $10 sitting fee that must be paid the day of pictures. The sitting fee will include an 8 X 10 copy of the senior composite. Boys should wear a collared button down shirt and girls should wear a dressy top or blouse. Bring your cap and gown to school.
**Come dressed in your best for the Who's who assembly on Thursday, February 24 at 9 a.m. Pictures will be immediately following the assembly.

Attention Juniors: The last day to pay Junior Class Dues is 2/28.
The cafeteria is adding a sandwich line on Monday, Wednesday & Friday-same side as wraps and salads. It will have wraps on Tuesday & Thursday only and chef salads everyday.
Colorguard Tryouts will be Friday, March 18 for grades 7-11th Grades. Practice schedule is March 1, March 3, March 8, March 10, March 15. Practice will start at 3:20 and end at 4:40. Please be on time and wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes. For more information, see Mr. Coyle.

Students: According to the handbook- Pajama bottoms, Pajama tops, house shoes, and Blankets are NOT permitted. Please do not carry blankets to school.

****New Guidelines for Covid-19. •The definition of a close contact in a school setting has changed from within 6 feet for 15 minutes to within 3 feet for 15 minutes.
- •Test-to-stay protocols now apply to extracurricular activities instead of only applying to the school day.
- Remember: •Vaccination eliminates the need for quarantine., •If both the case and the contact are masked, there is no need for quarantine.
ATTENTION: Students are not to park on the back side of the New Gym. Please park in the main parking lot or Sr Football at Old Gym. Reminder: Students are not to go to their vehicles during class, between classes or anytime during the day without permission.
