Students: If you are interested in taking a concurrent class from ASU for spring semester - Get with Mrs. Amber by the end of the day TODAY, Thursday!! Classes that are offered are World Lit since 1660, Intro to Psychology, and Sociology. You must have qualifying scores.
**** Seniors- Baby pictures for the yearbook are due by TODAY, Thursday, October 21. Please turn them in to Mrs. Natalie.
The band will need to be dismissed after 2nd Lunch on Monday to play at the Red Ribbon Rally at the Elementary School. Jr High cheer will need to be dismissed at 1:00 on Monday and will return after the rally.
****New Guidelines for Covid-19. •The definition of a close contact in a school setting has changed from within 6 feet for 15 minutes to within 3 feet for 15 minutes.
- •Test-to-stay protocols now apply to extracurricular activities instead of only applying to the school day.
- Remember: •Vaccination eliminates the need for quarantine., •If both the case and the contact are masked, there is no need for quarantine.
**FBLA members are encouraged to wear any FBLA t-shirt or blue and gold this MONDAY, OCTOBER 25 to celebrate Piggott FBLA's 34th birthday! All members who participate will be entered into a drawing for a $10 cash prize! The more who participate, the more names drawn.
***Everyone is invited to visit the pumpkin art display in the library and vote for your favorite pumpkin for the people's choice award Everyone (students) gets 1 vote that will be placed in the designated container. Thursday is the last day to vote.
ATTENTION: Students are not to park on the back side of the New Gym. Please park in the main parking lot or Sr Football at Old Gym. Reminder: Students are not to go to their vehicles during class, between classes or anytime during the day without permission.
FCCLA is sponsoring a Powderpuff football game on Tuesday, November 2 at 6:00 pm!
Make-up picture day will be Wednesday, November 3. We will start with seniors at 8 a.m. The rest of the students and faculty will be after the seniors are done.
