Congrats to the Boys' tennis team for defeating Cave City and Newport.
Progress reports were sent home Monday, September 20.
ACT will be given at PHS on Saturday, October 23. Deadline to register with late fees will be October 1.
SEE YOU AT THE POLE is TOMORROW, Wednesday, September 22 at 7:00 a.m. in front of the high school building. Any student who would like to lead or play a part should see Mrs. Conley Monday or Tuesday. The theme this year is "Just Pray" James 4:10
A representative will be here TODAY, Tuesday, September 21 at 8:15 to meet with any 8th, 9th, or 10th grade students interested in attending the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts. Let Mrs. Amber know if you would like to meet with the representative.
Reminder that THIS Friday , Sept. 24 is the last day to pay dues for FBLA Senior High and Middle Level for those who want to attend Fall Conference in Jonesboro. Dues are $15 and include a t-shirt. See Mrs. Peters for Senior High or Miss Sadie for ML.
PHS Journalism I had a strong showing with its photographs at the Clay County Fair!
- Jessica Holt won two first place ribbons and three second place ribbons.
- Layla Alsup won three first place ribbons and one second place ribbon.
- Myah Driscoll won two first place ribbons, one second place ribbon, and two third place ribbons.
- Ms. Vernon won two first place ribbons and one second place ribbon in the adult photography category.

**9th-12th grade students enrolled in art or who have taken an art class can join Art Club until October 29th for $15. This includes a club t-shirt.
**It is time for Chess Club sign-ups. This is for students in 7th-12th grade. Please see Mrs. Cassie Knight or sign the sign up sheet attached to her classroom door. Students must be signed up by TOMORROW, Tuesday, September 21st.
**If you are interested in joining the Spanish Club you have until Oct 5th to pay your dues of $12. The $12 will pay for your club t-shirt.
**9th-12th Grade Students: It is time to join FCCLA! Dues are $15.00 and you will receive a Sonic Coupon Card and later a club t-shirt See Mrs. Little in the FCS room.
Those FCCLA members that have paid their dues and are interested in attending the Fall Conference in Washington D.C. Nov. 4-7. See Mrs. Little for more details. The cost of the trip will be the members responsibility..
