Up to seven students from around the state of Arkansas will be awarded the License2Howl scholarship for the 2021-2022 academic year. These scholarships are valued at $5,000 for the year and are renewable. The L2H application process is open until Feb. 1, 2021.
L2H scholarships are made possible because of Arkansans who purchased the A-State license plate and are for Arkansas residents who will be full-time freshmen on the Jonesboro campus in Fall 2021. Qualified applicants must have a minimum ACT Superscore of 23 and a high school GPA of 3.25 or above. The selection committee will evaluate demonstrated leadership qualities and student involvement. Each applicant must submit the required paperwork through Arkansas State University's privately funded scholarships portal and must include a L2H essay.
