Congratulations to The Piggott Marching Band! They received an "Excellent" rating at region assessment yesterday meaning that they have qualified for state for the 2nd year in a row!
Congratulations to Sr VB for winning yesterday putting them in the Regional Finals today at 4:00!
Pep bus students will be dismissed at 11:30 and leave from the New Gym at 12:00.
Art Club members need to sign up for officers and to paint at the elementary fall festival.
Jr High Softball Try Outs - October 27th 5:30 - 7:00
Cheerleaders are selling candy bars for $1. Find a cheerleader or go to the office to purchase one.
Flu Clinic will be Wednesday, October 29th. All forms must be signed and returned to the main office in order to receive the flu vaccine. If you have not received a form, you may get one in the main office
All FBLA members should have forms to sell Little Debbie boxes. If you need a form see Mrs. Peters or Mrs. Huckabay. All members must sell at least 5 boxes.
Senior High FBLA members who want to attend Pro Sports Career Day in Memphis must return permission slips with $25 by November 3.
Students interested in volunteering at the Fall Festival can see Mrs. Amber to sign up. It will be from 3:30-6:30 on Oct 24
Any 9th-12th grader who is in art or has taken art and would like to join the Art Club needs to see Mrs. Tate by October 30th. Dues are $20.
Just a quick reminder—Wednesday, Sept 10, is our 20th day of school. Starting next week, if you’re leaving for an activity during the school day, make sure your grades and attendance are where they need to be.
So, check those grades, keep that attendance up, and you’ll be good to go when it’s time to head out for activities!
Window to register for spring concurrent classes through ATU is Oct 15 - Nov 19
This includes the following classes: College Algebra, Experiencing Art, Intro to Cybersecurity, Music Appreciation, Personal Health & Wellness, Public Speaking, US History since 1877, World History since 1500
