Congratulations to Sr High Volleyball for winning the district tournament! They will be leaving for Regionals on Sunday at 3:30. All students and fans are welcome to come with signs or your school spirit to help send them off!

Advanced Art classes will be painting faces today 1st, 2nd, and 3rd periods. The cost will be $1 and up.
Mrs. Tate will be selling Mohawk Spirit Jugs today for $5 and up.
Cheerleaders are selling candy bars for $1. Find a cheerleader or go to the office to purchase one.
Senior High FBLA members interested in attending the Memphis Grizzlies Pro Sports Career Day on November 20 need to see Mrs. Peters. Cost will be $25 and must be paid by November 5. If you did not pay dues and wish to attend, see Mrs. Peters as soon as possible.
The chess team needs to go by room 224 to get your t-shirt. They are $8.00.
The Band Boosters are running a Halloween Pageant on October 19th.
This is a traditional pageant. There will be tiaras for ALL contestants on stage with 2nd Alternate, 1st Alternate and a King and Queen in each division.
$5 door fee for everyone except the contestant.

Students interested in volunteering at the Fall Festival can see Mrs. Amber to sign up. It will be from 3:30-6:30 on Oct 24
Any 9th-12th grader who is in art or has taken art and would like to join the Art Club needs to see Mrs. Tate by October 30th. Dues are $20.
Just a quick reminder—Wednesday, Sept 10, is our 20th day of school. Starting next week, if you’re leaving for an activity during the school day, make sure your grades and attendance are where they need to be.
So, check those grades, keep that attendance up, and you’ll be good to go when it’s time to head out for activities!
Window to register for spring concurrent classes through ATU is Oct 15 - Nov 19
This includes the following classes: College Algebra, Experiencing Art, Intro to Cybersecurity, Music Appreciation, Personal Health & Wellness, Public Speaking, US History since 1877, World History since 1500

November 21 - Blood Drive
Pee Wee Volleyball is needing volunteers for their ballgames. You can earn community service hours for this. If you are interested, see Mrs. Amber or Mrs. Lovelace
