**CANCELLED Tennis will be Thursday, Sept. 10 at Paragould.

Attention:  Juniors and Seniors regarding class rings and graduation supplies --Order forms need to be turned in on Friday, September 11.

Homecoming T-shirts Orders will be taken through this Friday, Sept. 11. Short Sleeve T-shirts only for $17 for sizes S-XL   $19 for 2XL , etc.  T-shirts must be paid for in advance.  There will be a box beside Mrs. Little's door for order forms. There is a t-shirt in Mrs. Little's classroom if you would like to see the design.  It is heather red in color and has Hunter Strong and the number 56 on the front and all the names of 7th Gr, Jr High, and Sr High football players, Cheerleaders, and Homecoming Royalty on the back. FCCLA will also be taking orders at the Sr. High Football game vs. Highland at home on Friday night.  T-shirts will be delivered on Thurs, Sept. 24 during 6th pd.  Homecoming will be Friday, Sept. 25 . 

**This year's Homecoming Shirts will be dedicated to Hunter Midkiff and a portion of the profits will be given to a Memorial Scholarship fund in honor of Hunter. 

This Friday night will be Senior Night. 

Any student 13 years or older that would like to sign up for E-Sports. Please sign up in the office by Wednesday 9/16. 

NOTICE:  Second Lunch:  All FRESHMEN will go to lunch at 12:05 (with 10th-12th grade)  to the cafeteria.  Students will NOT go to the middle gym for lunch.  The only students going to lunch early will be the duty teachers' classes.   It is ok for students to bring their lunch from home.   The cafeteria staff have to get everything cleaned between lunches.

Students,It is time to join FCCLA! If you are in Mrs.Little's class or have been in Mrs. Little's classes you qualify to join.  The dues are $15.00 again this year you will also receive a Sonic card value of at least $5.00.  See Mrs. Little to join.

Any student in grades 7-12 who wants to join FBLA or ML FBLA should see Mrs Peters. Sr High and Middle Level FBLA have decided to let members choose whether they want a t- shirt this year, therefore dues will only be $10. Orders and Money for shirts will be collected later for those who want one. Fall conference details will be available soon

From the Principal:  Students can wait underneath the awning next to the new gym in the morning during inclement weather.

From the Principal:  Students must go to the lunchroom during their lunch period.  The Old Gym, Parking Lot, etc. are OFF LIMITS during lunchtime.

Please continue to wear your masks.  The masks should also be ABOVE your nose.

CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY: 

  1. Must be a graduating senior from an Arkansas high school (AAA member) for the school year 2020-2021.
  2. Must be attending an Arkansas college or junior college (private or public) as a freshman the following fall 2021.  Students attending out of state colleges are not eligible.
  3. Must submit an essay to the ASHOF for evaluation.  The essay should state how sports has positively impacted your life.  This essay must be submitted online by December 31, 2020.  All submissions after this date will not be considered.
  4. THE ESSAY SHOULD BE NO LONGER THAN THE FRONT OF ONE STANDARD TYPEWRITTEN PAGE, SINGLE-SPACED.  Essays longer than one page will NOT be accepted.  Quality over quantity.
  5. Only the first 100 essays submitted to the ASHOF will be considered for review for the scholarships.
5th Annual Aviation Scholarship Awards

We invite U.S. high school students who are interested in flight training or aviation maintenance to apply for Epic Flight Academy's 3 aviation scholarships. We are located in New Smyrna Beach, Florida and welcome applicants from all around the U.S.
